    Errata: Both (4) and (10) are missing a 1/(4pi^2) factor, and (10) is missing a square root, but our answers are correct. For instance, the flux of gravity wave generation was calculated with get_flux_pgoff_v5.m. Note in particular line 66: > c_vec = 1./(4 .* k_vec *pi2); which includes the factor missing in (4) in the paper.
